Now for the boring - but important bits!

Player places are by full payment pre-booking only, we will not be allowing walk on players. Player places are non refundable within 48 hours of a game day. If due to the current world situation we are forced to cancel a game day your booking will be rolled over to another date.

Player spaces are currently capped at a maximum of 45, however this is being constantly reviewed.

A Game Day ticket covers your place on a game day - IT DOES NOT include hire equipment. If you need a hire equipment package you will need to buy a hire package IN ADDITION to your game day ticket. A hire equipment ticket on its own will not secure your place on a game day. Please note hire packages do not include BB'S

The Gates to the car park and coffee shop will be opened at 08:30 in June - you must not arrive before this time. When you arrive please find a spot in the car park. The Game Site will open at 9am and the Marshall team will take your details and direct you to your table. You are welcome to use the coffee shop and car park area but access to the rest of the venue will be off limits until after 9am and sign in by the marshalls.

Tea and coffee and water are available throughout the day, please bring your own mug with you.

If you need to purchase items such as BB's etc please use contactless payments where possible.
